A hand therapist is a nationally registered occupational therapist or physical therapist who, through advanced continuing education, clinical experience and integration of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology, has become proficient in treatment of pathological upper-quadrant conditions resulting from trauma, disease, or congenital or acquired deformity. A hand specialist may also have advanced certification as a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). A CHT has a minimum of three years of clinical experience, successfully passed an examination of advanced clinical skills and theory in upper extremity rehabilitation and meets mandated criteria to maintain this specialized credential.

About Us

Arizona Concierge Hand Therapy is a company based out of Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona founded to provide excellent, personalized, and convenient rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity for clients experiencing a deficit in their optimal level of function through injury, surgery, repetitive strain, or generalized pain.  

Monte is a certified hand therapist and occupational therapist who has been in the field for 10+ years.  After a decade in corporate medicine and conventional outpatient clinics, she realized the need for excellent, personalized, and convenient services without restraints of an overwhelming schedule, clinic hours, and insurance limitations.  

While her specialty is in hands, Monte believes in treating the entire person.  She is a certified yoga and pilates instructor with training on meditation techniques.  She performs a thorough evaluation to assess posture, pain, mobility, strength, coordination in order to provide a comprehensive treatment plan and care.

What is in-home hand therapy?

In-home hand therapy provides personalized rehabilitation sessions in the comfort of your home, focusing on hand and upper extremity issues.
